Ephesians 6:11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
Every day we all have our struggles and our battles. It could be battles with our spouse, kids, job, our self-worth, depression, etc. The enemy attacks in every direction. If we don't stand against him, he wins. We also need each other at times to battle against him. We have to humble ourselves and ask for help from the word and help from other Christians.
Proverbs 27:17 Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
The enemy hates for us to join together. He loves it when we just keep silent and keep our pains and struggles to ourselves. He thinks he's winning... We need each other to fight and stand up to him. Our God is amazing and undefeated and never loses! So why do we try to solve our problems without Him and the help of others that believe like we do? If we bring it into the light, then darkness, (the enemy), loses!! Why wouldn't we want God and others who believe to help us win the fight? They are on our side!
Romans 8:37-39 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Micah 7:8-9 Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light. Because I have sinned against him, I will bear the Lord's wrath, until he pleads my case and upholds my cause. He will bring me out into the light; I will see his righteousness.
We will all run and hide from the Lord. We will all feel like we're not worthy of the Lord. We will all lose our focus on the Lord. All we have to do is pray and put on our armor, get into the word and get back into the fight! When we do this, our struggles will get easier and our pain will ease. God has a reason for everything. We will never understand them all but it's to help us in our battles. To build us in our faith in Him! His love is unconditional and He is faithful to us! No matter what your battles are, he is the light! Run after him with all your heart! Worship him, love him, and praise him! Dad is always listening and waiting on us to ask for help.
Revelation 21:7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children.
