Dash

Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Your dash is what you do from your birth to your death. How do you want God, family, and people to remember you? We all have something in our past or even our present we are not proud of. It may be anger issues, un-forgiveness, being a quitter, etc. The list can go on forever. When you repent these things, God gives you a new beginning. Don't repeat the old mistakes. God parted the Red Sea. He doesn't always remove your problems, but he will make a way to get through them! It won't always be a clean and easy path. Do you want to live your life on the fence of right and wrong, or do you want to walk the path that will make you a follower of Christ? Go confidently in the direction of your dreams and live the life you have imagined. When you hold grudges, your hands and heart aren't free to catch the blessings.

Matthew 5:16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven.

1 Timothy 4:12 Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in faith, and in purity.

Do you want to inspire people? Do you want someone to look at you and say, "Because of you, I didn't give up?" Your thoughts become words, words become actions, actions become character, character becomes your identity. You will never reach your destiny if you don't know your identity. Your mindset is everything. Don't let anyone get in your way of being a believer, a good person, or a follower of Christ. Make your "dash" something to be proud of, that someone can look at and be inspired to want that kind of identity. You're always one decision away from a totally different life. What does your "dash" look like? If it's not what you want, make the changes. God is always by your side to lift you up and love on you through the good and bad times.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will sore like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
